Wendolyn

Dame Wendolyn Archer is an utterly majestic Landseer Newfoundland. When her adoring master, Lord Elliot Edingale died unexpectedly, sweet Wendolyn suddenly became an orphan. Even sadder, Lady Edingale did not like dogs one bit. The horrid mistress chose the latest Cunard cruise ship for her new residence and she hastily dropped Wendolyn at the local dog pound on her way out of town. The decision was quite ironic, taking into account Wendolyn’s remarkable swimming skills. Newfies are some of the best water rescue dogs in the world, perfectly suited aboard any marine vessel.
Left on land, Wendolyn managed to escape the dog pound in Goleta and headed back to her old Montecito neighborhood. She lacked a true home, but she was right where she belonged.
